As it was earlier reported, on 28 December 2010 State Property Committee of Uzbekistan signed a Memorandum of Understanding on development of securities market with the Korean Stock Exchange (KSX).

On 31 December 2010 State Property Committee received a testimonial letter from Kim Bong Su, Chairman of Korean Stock Exchange.

In his letter Kim Bong Su expressed gratitude for a warm reception in the course of the meeting on 28 December 2010 inTashkent and stressed that Memorandum of Understanding will promote further cooperation between Uzbekistan and Korea.

According to this letter, KSX invites State Property Committee management to visit Korea in April 2011 to be introduced into Korean securities market and IT systems of KSX.
