Conditions of carrying out tender auctions:

The starting price of 99% shares of JV "HAK SEL" is USD 30 616.0 thousand.

Investment obligations are no less than USD 17,163.4 thousand. It will be directed to pay off debts of JV "HAK SEL" LLC.

The brief characteristic of enterprise

JV “HAK SEL” LLC was established on the base of Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 2, 2002, #PCM-310 "On measures of the further development of hotel business and international tourism in the Republic of Uzbekistan" for reconstruction and further exploitation of "Toshkent" hotel. Under the Resolution of the Mayor of Toshkent city dated June 18, 2002, #336 (changing on it, Under the Resolution of the Mayor of Toshkent city dated August 13, 2002, #453), "Toshkent" hotel building was transferred to the balance of JV "HAK SEL" LLC as a deposit to the collective investment fund.

"Toshkent" hotel was constructed in 1958 and it is situated in centre of city, opposite to Alisher Navoi theatre of opera and ballet, on the right side from Central Universal store of city, from the left-hand - a museum of the History of Uzbekistan, on the crossing of Buyuk Turon, Uzbekistan and S.Rashidov streets.

Reconstruction of the hotel was carried out in 2002-2003yy. It was entered into exploitation in May of 2003. The Mayoralty of Toshkent chose the management company on the competition base for "Toshkent" hotel in order to make this hotel exist into international level. A well-known french company "Le MEREDIEN С.А." won for managing "Toshkent" hotel. 

"Toshkent Palace Hotel" was given a 4-star international class category. The building includes 6 floors and a basement where administrative offices of the enterprise are located. The number fund is  consisted of 232 rooms, located with 1 on 5 floors, including single - 149, double - 39, improved (superior) - 29, semilux-13, lux - 2 besides there are 3 restaurants, one of them is located on the 6-th floor (1-winter, 2-summer), 2 bars, health club (the training hall, open pool, a sauna, a massage cabinet), 3 rooms for carrying out the business meetings and conferences for 10-40 person (meeting room), business center, hairdresser's interior, exchange item.

The main activities of the "Toshkent Palace Hotel" are hotel and tourist services, retail trade, and public catering.

According to the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 10, 2006, #PP-407, the 99 % of shares of JV "HAK-SEL" LLC is a subject for realization under the decision of State Tender Commission.
