The brief characteristic of enterprise

The Construction of hotel was realized according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 5, 1996, #PCM-380 "On the construction of 4-star international class hotel in Toshkent city".

Under the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 28, 2000, #PCM-108 "On exploitation of "Sheraton Tashkent Hotel and Tower" international class hotel", in August, 1999, this hotel was entered into operation and it was transferred to the balance of GIA of Tashkent Mayoralty.

According to the Resolution of Mayor of Tashkent dated March 5, 2005, #133, this hotel was renamed on "Markaziy" (“Central”) hotel complex. The hotel complex is situated in the centre of city, on the crossing of Alisher Navoi and Amir Temur streets, on the right side from the Administrative House of Officers, from the left is located "Dedeman" hotel.

"Markaziy" (“Central”) hotel was given a 4-star international class category. The building includes 16 floors and a basement where warehouse and industrial rooms are located. The number fund is consisted of 251 rooms, located with 1 on 15 floors, including single - 172, double - 50, improved (superior) - 18, lux-7, 1 presidential restaurant and also 2 high class restaurants, both are situated on the 1^st of floor, also there are 2 bars, health club (the training hall, open pool, covered pool, sauna, massage room),  and also rooms for business meetings and conferences for 10-40 persons (meeting room), a banquet hall for 200 person, exchange items and souvenir shops. “Markaziy” (“Central”) hotel is conducted an activity of granting services in sphere of a hotel economy. Its activities are also on granting of services of visitor accommodation that arrive in the Republic of Uzbekistan, both the tourism sphere and the business sphere is basic directions of hotel.

According to the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 10, 2006, #PP-407, “Markaziy” (“Central”) hotel complex is a subject for realization under the decision of State Tender Commission.
