Expert council of the business forum for improvement fo the fiscal policy held a session in Tashkent. Deputies of the Legislative chamber, representatives of the Ministry of finance, State tax committee, Commerce and industrial chamber and other structures participated in the event.

The session participants considered issues of licensing, responsibility and insurance of activity of tax consultants, as well as the development of the tax consulting institute.

Introduction of the tax consultants institute in Uzbekistan is a signifncant factor of development of the legal state. This institute gives the taxpayers the opportunity to receive qualified legal aid.

The law on tax consulting was adopted on 21 September 2006. The Council for tax consulting was set up at the Finance ministry, which coordinates the activities of state bodies, NGOs and public associations in the corresponding field.
