“Voters came to voting districts to implement their civil rights.
In 9:30 hours I have arrived at 461-st voting district in Ahunbabaev district of Fergana region, and by that time 35 percent of voters already had cast the ballots.
Elections have passed on the basis of objectivity and democratic principles. While in polling districts, I did not observe cases of infringement of laws.”
