Uzbekiston Havo Yollari (Uzbekistan Airways) national air company and Air France reached an agreement on opening of the Paris-Urgench-Paris route.

The flight, starting from 1 September, will operate once a week. A Boeing-757 plane conducted a technical flight recently from Paris to Urgench, UzA reported.

A representative of the Air France said the new flight would contribute to tourism development and strengthen relations between the two countries.
