The electronic library has opened at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy. The Korean Agency for International Cooperation (KOICA) has allocated the grant worth 850 thousand US dollars for the project.

The members of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea, students and faculty of the university were present at the inauguration ceremony of the electronic library.
