Ipoteka-bank state joint-stock mortgage bank is actively rendering mortgage services to the population of Uzbekistan.

Presently, 5,103 families received mortgage loans worth a total of 119.8 billion soums, out of them 27.3 billion soums were extended during 2010.

The bank pays special attention to young families. Thus, last year Ipoteka-bank extended mortgage loans, consumer credits and microcredits worth 32 billion soums to young families.
