Himachal Futuristic Communications Ltd (HFCL) and Uzbekneftegaz national holding company will establish a joint venture with the cost of US million.

The joint venture will produce optic-fiber cable for gas pipelines, RIA Novosti reported.

The sides signed a memorandum of creation of joint venture. The constituent documents will be signed by the end of the 2011.

The enterprise will be located at Navoi free industrial and economic zone. The capacity of the enterprise will be 1,000 km cable a year.
