The co-chairman of the Uzbek British Trade and Industry Council, Dr Hartley Booth OBE, will be visiting Uzbekistan on 19-21 October 2011, the UK Embassy in Uzbekistan said.

During his visit, Dr Hartley Booth will hold talks with Uzbek officials about the forthcoming 18th Uzbek British Trade and Industry Council meeting in London next month.

Dr Booth will co-host a reception at the Residence of British Ambassador, Mr Rupert Joy, for selected Alumni of UK universities and British businessmen resident in Uzbekistan with a business theme – ‘Exploring new Uzbek British business opportunities’.
