Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Bosnia and Herzegovina to Uzbekistan with residence in Moscow Željko Janjetović held a meeting at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan on 26 October 2011.

The press service of the Ministry said that newly appointed Ambassador handed over credentials, addressed to the President of Uzbekistan.

During the meeting, the sides discussed the Uzbek-Bosnian relations, including interaction of two states within international organizations, the UN and OSCE.

The sides underlined importance of expansion of legal base of bilateral cooperation in trade-economic sector.

Boosting cooperation in cultural-humanitarian and scientific sectors, as well as establishing direct contacts among tourism organizations were also named as perspectives.
