1.     Project Name - Organization of production of electronic security system and video surveillance.

  2. General information on the project initiator:Association "Uzeltexsanoat" is established in 1994 according to the decision of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan and at current stage of its development consolidates on a voluntary basis more than 20 large enterprises of electrotechnical industry of the republic.

The primary goal of "Uzeltexsanoat" is to carry out common technical policy in electro-technical sphere of the economy, promote creation of new factories for production of electro technical products as well as to facilitate attraction of investments and high technologies and innovative technologies into the electro technical industry of Uzbekistan.

Enterprises that are members of the Association specialize on four basic directions of activity: manufacture of cable-wire products, production of industrial power and electric equipment (low and the high-voltage equipment, transformers, substations, switchboards, elevators, motorcycles and trailers, agricultural equipment, spare parts and components for automobiles, etc.), manufacture of home appliances and consumer electronics (TVs, refrigerators, air-conditioners, lighting equipment, semiconductors, etc.) and rendering services for repair of industrial equipment.

In 2010 the total volume of production and rendered services within the system of "Uzeltexsanoat" has made 477 bln.soums (288,4 Mln USD), and production growth rate in comparison with 2009 has made 126 %. Export in 2010 has made 97,7 Mln.USD.

3. Information on the company, which on the basis the project is planed to be implemented: Realization of the current project can be implemented on the basis of the operating enterprise of “Uzeltehsanoat” Association or in the territory FIEZ of "Navoi".

4. The information on the project: Production launching is expected.

4.1. Marketing:

• Perimeter system of the security alarm system (SAS), intended for detection of infringers on district, are an important part of complexes of the automated physical protection of objects and approaches to them. Without such systems at the present stage of strengthening of global threats it is impossible to provide safety of the state and the person finally. The major part SAS are perimeter sensors (WITH), providing development of signals of detection. Though such systems and sensors have received the name on their basic application - protection of perimeters of objects, it doesn't settle all their missions.

• Video Observation Systems - are intended for the video control organization in premises of buildings/objects and behind adjoining territories. During the last years video observation became the integral function of complex system of safety of object as the modern equipment, that allows to carry out supervision in real time and to write down video, and also to program reactions of all system of safety.

• Thus the requirement on production planned to manufacture can make: on electronic security systems and video observation systems - to 100 thousand piece per year.

• Annual volume of output at 100 % of capacity: about electronic security systems and video observation systems - 50,0 thousand piece.

Scopes of application of security video of supervision and a circle of problems solved with its help are wide enough. As the basic commodity markets of production will be chosen such, which territorially are more closer, that is first of all, the local market of Uzbekistan, then next the states of the Central Asia, and first of all Republics of Kazakhstan, other CIS countries. In the first year of realization of the project for export about 25 % produced outputs will be intended. By fourth year of implementation of the project the export share will be about 50 %.

• The Basic manufacturers of similar production in the region: ReshetKol, GEOQUIP (England), ОРТЕХ (Japan), НИКИРЭТ, "the Security technics", Eleron (Russia), etc.

4.2. Manufacture:

•         Video Observation Systems are intended for the video control organization in premises of buildings/objects and behind adjoining territories. The simple system of video observation consists of two elements: a television camera and a video monitor, connected among themselves the communication line for a signal transmission from a television camera on a video monitor. Such system is a base element for systems of video observation, video control and video protection of any complexity. As a rule, the electronic security system consists of the processor (the main block of management), a set of gages, the actuation mechanism and the power supply.

•         The Requirement for raw materials and accessories consists of following materials: in import - case raw materials (polystyrene shock-resistant), a videocamera, electronic system, a payment of managements, the detector movements (microelectric motors), etc. In local - packing boxes, fixing details, пенопластовые loose leaves, polyethylene packing, polygraphic production, cables, network cords, platforms, etc.

•         The Basic suppliers of the equipment and completing materials can be: «GEOQUIP» (England), «ОРТЕХ» (Japan), «Nikiret», «the Security technics», "Eleron" (Russia) and other

• Quantity of created new workplaces (personnel): Managerial personnel – 15 the person, Engineering technical personnel — 65 persons.

4.3.           Building, reconstruction or modernization: New building.

-  The demanded ground area - 1,4 hectares, from them: buildings and constructions - 0,2 hectares, the area

-  Industrial premises - 0,9 hectares, the area of warehouse - 0,3 hectares. Requirements to maintenance of object with an industrial infrastructure:

-  Necessity for a branch line - is required;

-  Water supply - is required;

-  The electrical supply - is required;

-  Gas supply - is required;

-  The water drain - is required.

4.4.Financing (Estimated cost of the project):
