Uzbekistan Airways Technics airline company (UAT) which is the unique aircraft repair base in the region and in the CIS, completed providing the first technical services for airplane Boeing -767- 200 of Russian air company KrasAir-Air Union. This air company filled up the impressive list of the customers of Uzbek aircraft repairers.

UAT is the only airline company in CIS that has an official license ICAO to do aircraft repair works and provide technical services for western made airplanes.

As it was told to UT by the press-service of the National Airline Uzbekistan Airways, the airplane of the customer are made a number of repairs and other work to diminish defects and provide other services. According to the Russian experts, all the work from the plant is completed by the deadline and with high quality, which is a benefit to continued bilateral cooperation.

As experts said, Uzbekistan Airways, which has international certificates to have right to perform labor intensive forms of technical services of the airplanes of western and eastern products, also provides the most high quality services for realizable market prices.

Today, the airline company has the next Russian customer-airline company Vim Airlines to provide a technical service. Vim Airlines has already being used the services provided by UAT to repair Boeing-757 several times.

Russian airline companies, who use western aircraft are potential business partners of the company. Today UAT is holding a number of negotiations with Russian airline companies, which are interested in the conditions of the linear and basic forms of the provided technical services to the Boeing – 757/767, A – 310, RJ – 85, and also in possible substitutes of radio electronic and  navigation facilities.

The Tashkent airline company presented its technical possibilities to provide technical services of the airplanes and also, to repair and produce “soft” equipments such as armchair covers, carpet cuts, curtains and hangings for airplanes. Among the customers of the UAT, are airline companies of more than 10 countries in the world, beside Lufthansa.

The experts of UAT attended international conferences and exhibitions and hold negotiations with the representatives of about 10 companies. For instance, the first rate producer of airline engines in a Russian market “Saturn” showed an interest in aircraft repair work in UAT. The Tashkent based company recommended itself as a guarantee of reliable and qualitative services by market prices.
