In Uzbekistan a profound attention is being paid to protection the health of population and upbringing the physical healthy generation. With these goals various seminar trainings dedicated to implementation of the National program on flour fortification are now organized in the country, Uzbekistan National News Agency Russian-language website reported.

One of such events took place at the children and junior center in Navoi. It has been organized by the Creative union of journalists of Uzbekistan jointly with the Ministry of Health and UNICEF Office in Uzbekistan.

The participants of the seminar spoke about further improvement the level of medical services in Uzbekistan and enhancement of works on protection the health of the population.

They have also visited hematological department at the regional children hospital, “Navoidonmahsulotlari” Joint-Stock Company and Navoi bread factory and observed the process of enriching the flour.
